Indian 'Haute Gastronomie' with Michelin Star Chef Vineet Bhatia Hotel Plaza Athénée, Paris 22 November 2016

As a part of Namasté France festival, Embassy of India organized an Indian ‘Haute Gastronomie’ event with Michelin Starred Chef Vineet Bhatia on 22 November in Hotel Plaza Athénée, Paris. Chef Vineet Bhatia is the pioneer in modern Indian cuisine and he was the first Indian Chef to ever receive a Michelin Star Chef. Several diplomats, senators, media personnel, officials of French Government and cultural personalities in Paris attended this exclusive event. On this occasion, Ambassador of India, His Excellency Dr. Mohan Kumar launched Chef Vineet's cookbook ‘My Sweet Kitchen’ . During the event, Chef Vineet gave a cooking demonstration of his famous ‘rose gulab jamun cheesecake’. His 17 course menu titillated the taste buds of guests. Ambassador H.E. Dr. Mohan Kumar and Mrs. Mala Kumar felicitated Chef Vineet Bhatia for this unique and exotic culinary adventure which gave an unforgettable experience to the guests.
